All the best to you, because you're a mom! Have you given birth and completed your postpartum recovery? Then it's a great time to start your postpartum exercise. A full-body workout will strengthen your core and support your recovery. We'll explain everything you need to know about your amazing pelvic floor and how you can continue to take care of it in your daily life after our training.
